By using this website and placing an order, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, and you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any consumer rights that may be applicable under mandatory laws of the consumer's country of residence where such rights cannot be lawfully excluded.
