At The Nyvra, we are committed to providing premium-quality lingerie and nightwear. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain a strict return policy.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, all lingerie, intimate wear, bodysuits, nightwear, and related products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference
  • Color variation due to screen settings
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or used

Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

A return, replacement, or refund may be approved only if:

✅ You receive a product that is damaged during transit

✅ You receive a product that is different from the item ordered

✅ You receive an item with a manufacturing defect

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Refund Process

Once the issue is verified and approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped (subject to stock availability), or
  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days after approval.

International Orders

For international orders:

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted for lingerie and intimate products due to hygiene regulations.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the item received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product shown on our website.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
